This website is operated by Marcus Ottner Tattoos, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The website is provided to showcase my tattoo work, provide information about my services, direct clients to my tattoo enquiry system and offer artwork, prints, merchandise and other products for sale.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Tattoo Bookings

Tattoo enquiries and appointments are managed separately through Get Ink.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee an appointment or constitute a confirmed tattoo booking.

Tattoo appointments, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, design approval and other tattoo-specific matters are subject to the booking terms provided through Get Ink.

Artwork & Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork, tattoo designs, photographs, illustrations, graphics and other creative content displayed on this website are owned by or used with permission by Marcus Ottner Tattoos.

My artwork may not be copied, reproduced, sold, commercially exploited or presented as someone else's work without permission.

Purchasing a print, banner or other product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.

Images may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes where Marcus Ottner Tattoos is appropriately credited, but they may not be reproduced as merchandise, prints, tattoo designs or other commercial products without permission.

Products

Products offered through the website may include art prints, banners, merchandise and other physical goods.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to differences in screens, printing processes, materials and photography.

Dimensions and product descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Some products may be produced or replenished in small quantities and availability is not guaranteed.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown where appropriate during checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed or dispatched.

I reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, I will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping

Orders can be shipped internationally where delivery services are available.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be displayed or calculated as part of the ordering process.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by postal services, customs processing, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside my control.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

International Orders, Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Marcus Ottner Tattoos is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item or other personal preference reasons, except where required by applicable law.

Please check product descriptions, dimensions and other information carefully before placing your order.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the item and its packaging.

Where appropriate, I will arrange a replacement or refund.

I may request that a damaged or incorrect item be returned before a refund or replacement is issued. Please do not return an item without contacting me first.

If I require an item to be returned because it arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly, appropriate return arrangements will be discussed with you first.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If an order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact me so I can investigate with the relevant delivery provider.

A replacement or refund may be offered where an order is confirmed as lost, depending on the circumstances and available shipping coverage.

Marcus Ottner Tattoos is not responsible for delays outside my reasonable control, but I will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery problems.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned because an incorrect address was provided, delivery was refused or the package was not collected, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact me as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed, produced or dispatched, I may be able to cancel it. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Product Availability

I reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an order if an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable.

If I cannot fulfil an order that has already been paid for, the affected item will be refunded.

Website Information

I make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, occasional errors or outdated information may occur.

Website content, product availability, pricing and other information may be changed or updated when necessary.
